Gileskips can manufacture a Tarmacadam Body to suit CHEM T.S.13 (HL5) up to CHEM T.S.8 Type 20 (32 Ton GVW / Big Hook).
Taramcadam Bodies are Insulated and Covered with Side to Side Sheeting System and has 4 off Standard Tarmac Shoots! Fully painted external in your company colours [RAL or BS]. Tarmac Skip
Tarmacadam Bodies are available in two build specs, Premier & Heavy Duty. Both are Fully Insulated using 75mm Rock Silk Slabs in Headboard, Sides & Floor. It comes complete with a Manually Operated Side to Side Centre Pole Sheeting System [Retains as much heat as possible], painted in your company colours [RAL or BS] with a choice of Tarmac/Grain Shoots.
Premier Specification includes 4mm Swaged Sides Over Plated in 3mm Mild Steel External, 4mm Large Back Door [Side or Top Hinged], 5mm Head Board, 80 x 80 x 3.6mm Box Section Top Rail, 5mm Floor with 7 off Floor Bearers. Heavy Duty Specification as Premier but with 15 Floor Bearers as opposed to 7 off, 150 x 75 x 18mm Channel Top Rail, 6mm Floor Plate opposed to 5mm floor. Standard Shoots
Standard Guillotine Shoots have one handle per shoot with a chain & antiluce positioned at the top of aperture to keep shoot door open.
Rear Doors can be manufactured as required; Top Hinged Tipper Style Door or Single Side Hinged Door. We can Fabricate these with One or up to Four Shoots. Call to discuss your requirements.
H&S Stand Off Shoots
Health & Safety Approved Stand Off Guillotine Shoot. Manually Operated using a long bar the shoot door can be opened upwards from the side of the bin without causing any potential problems for the user.
Rear Doors can be manufactured as required; Top Hinged Tipper Style Door or Single Side Hinged Door. We can Fabricate these with One or up to Four Shoots. Call to discuss your requirements.
