Our Roll on Roll off hook lift containers are manufactured to the very highest CHEM standards.
Our Standard RoRo specification is 3mm sides , 3mm back door, 4mm head board, 5mm floor, fully welded inside and out. Top goal post brace bar (bolted) when required. Door hinges fitted with grease nipples and NYLOC nuts & bolts. Rope Hooks with 1 front access ladder & fully painted to your specification / company colours in BS or RAL paints.
The container is designed for storage & transportation of any heavy industrial and agricultural goods such as; Soil, Bricks, Hardcore, Wood, Metal, Plastic, Large Bulky Items, Light & Heavy Construction Waste.
HEAVY DUTY RORO
Our Heavy Duty Roll on Roll off hook loader containers are manufactured to the very highest standards. Heavy Duty specification is 4mm sides, 4mm back door, 5mm head board, 6mm floor mounted on 15 floor bearers, 150x75mm RSC, top rail inc. welded raised & raked goal post top bar. Door hinges fitted with grease nipples and NYLOC nuts & bolts. Rope Hooks with 1 front access ladder & fully painted to your specification / company colours in BS or RAL paints.

Sheeting System
Gileskips can supply a Side to Side Centre Pole Sheeting System at additional cost to cover your load. Heavy Duty Tarpaulin Cover Made to measure [Fits Any Gileskips Roll On Roll Off]. Available in Various Colours [Call for availability]. Manufactured from materials that are strong, durable & waterproof. Manually Operated, Hand Wound, easy to operate from ground level. Can be positioned to open left to right or right to left. Two steel arches on front & back of skip stops tarp falling in. Includes Nylon Straps, Bungees & all remedial metal work. The sheeting system can also be operated manually via a ratchet mechanism dependent on your requirements.
The sheeting system provides a cover over your load which is maintenance free, can be used to keep materials dry, keep materials hot and prevent loss of load during transit as required by Road Traffic Act 1991 & the Environmental Act 1990.

Plant Puller
Hook lift flat bed Plant Pullers are manufactured to our Standard Specification or we can manufacture to suit CHEM T.S.13 (HL5) up to CHEM T.S.8 Type 20 (32 Ton GVW / Big Hook) & can be fully painted in your company colours in BS or RAL paints. Flat Bed Plant Pullers are used to transport your equipment & materials.
As standard plant pullers come with; 6 lashing down points per body each with a SWL of 5 ton per point, detachable light to medium use ramps that are stored inside of headboard with 2 rear maintenaine free rollers. In common with all our bespoke products made to order, they can be adapted to your requirements.
Drop Side Body
Gileskips Manufactures Ltd produce a multipurpose hook lift drop side body to a Standard Specification or we can manufacture to suit CHEM T.S.13 (HL5) up to CHEM T.S.8 Type 20 (32 Ton GVW / Big Hook). Comes fully painted in your company colours in BS or RAL paints.

Gileskips manufacture a Hook Lift Tarmac Body for the transport of Tarmac & Asphalt from plant to site. Manufactured to suit CHEM T.S.13 (HL5) up to CHEM T.S.8 Type 20 (32 Ton GVW / Big Hook).
Tarmac Bodies are Fully Insulated, using 75mm Rock Silk Slabs in Headboard, Sides & Floor. Manufactured with Side to Side Sheeting System [choice of colours available] to retain as much heat as possible. Back doors are manufactured as full top hinge tipper style door fitted with Four off Standard Guillotine Shoots Or as pictured with Health & Safety Approved Stand Off Guillotine Leavers. Externally painted in your company colour chosen from either the RAL colour chart or the British Standard BS 4800 Colour Chart is included.
HL5
Gileskips manufacture standard and bespoke HL5 and HL10 Roll-on Roll-off hook loader skip containers for up to 14 Ton GVW. HL5 and HL10 can be manufactured in various styles of body including low and high sided, mesh caged or solid sides or mixed, drop sided panels, flat bed plant puller, enclosed recycling unit, all with a multitude of options and various apertures and window openings and can be fully painted in your company colours in BS or RAL paints.
HL5s are on average between 12ft to 14ft long and allow smaller vehicles easy access to smaller sites for lighter waste loads.

Compactors
Gileskips Manufacturers Ltd fabricate a Roll on off hook lift waste compactor to CHEM standard guidelines. RoRo Hooklift Compactors are on average 35 cubic yard capacity but various sizes available up to 50 cubic yard if required. Our Compactors include; swaged sides; large side hinged back door complete with pins, tubes and rope hooks, tapered down length and width for ease of waste ejection and provides up to 30 tonnes pinning off pressure.
Compactors can be manufactured with smooth sides if required and are fully painted in your company colours in BS or RAL paints.
Waste can be reduced by a significant ratio of its original volume, depending on the material being compacted. Typically a Gileskip waste compactor will reduce the waste volume to a ratio of 4:1.
