1. Size of Stillage Required [In millimetres]; Height / Width / Length?
2. Are Fork Pockets required? As Full pockets or Guides/Stirrups? To go across width or length or both, inside on floor or outside under floor?
3. Do you need it to be Stackable with Pallet Feet?
4. Does it need to be Fully Welded inside & out to make it Water Tight?
5. Do you need Lids, if so are they to be Mesh or Solid? Do the lids need to be Lockable?
6. RAL or BS paint code to Paint Stillage In?

Bespoke Open Top Stillages are mainly used for General Storage, Movement and Transportation of Industrial Parts and/or Waste.

Water Tight Stillages
Bespoke Made To Order Water Tight Stillages can be manufactured either open top or enclosed lockable and be fitted with various emptying options if required, i.e. plug and socket, drainage valves, bauer fittings etc. Fully painted internal and external in BS or RAL paint colours.

Heavy Duty Stillage
Bespoke Heavy Duty Stillages are available in various cuic yard / meter capacities, from 0.5 up to 5 yards / meters.
Mainly used in the scrap metal & automotive industries for medium to heavy weight materials such as non-ferrous scrap metal, automotive parts like brake discs, radiators and other components. All heavy duty & other stillages manufactured by Gileskips are generally produced utilising full or half fork pockets for safe movement & ejection utilising 360 degree rotation fork truck handling equipment.
